Think you can't afford expert design?
It may be much more cost-effective than you think, especially if you start out with our Concepts & Drawings design package.  We work with you to identify the limitations of a space and to create a vision that overcomes them.  This first step can be formidable, but is crucial to achieving a positive outcome.  And, armed with the drawings and illustrations we provide, you'll be on your way to creating and living in a space that is both architecturally beautiful and functional.
Balancing the Dream & Reality:
Keeping a design and implementation affordable typically requires that you maintain the same general footprint or layout for a given space (and is assumed in this package).  If, ultimately, you need to reconfigure a space and incorporate other major changes (fixtures, cabinets, etc.), our "Design by Block" package may make more sense.
Our Concepts & Drawings Package Includes:
Step 1: Client Questionnaire
Step 2: The Initial Visit

  • A walk through the space, discussion of the project goals, the changes to be made, your needs and wants, your vision for the space, and any inspirational images.
  • Evaluation of the space for constraints, opportunities and other requirements.
  • Image capture of the existing space
  • Measurements as necessary
  • Assistance in developing a the budget (if needed)

Step 3: Present and Trade Day

  • Based on the information gathered, a design concept will be presented with recommendations for next steps.  Also to be provide will be materials selections, conceptual furnishings, fixtures and finishes, renderings and drawings of your new space to help you can visualize the end result.

The Outcome You Can Expect
